Venice Beach House Suites is ideally located in the heart of Venice Beach, 1/2 block from the ocean, offering varied length of stays for guests (flexible renting/leasing options.) It sits on the last original brick street in Venice within sight of the world famous Venice Boardwalk. This prime location is 4 miles from LAX, and walking distance to several Venice, Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica vintage shopping and dining areas. From the vantage point of your suite, you can observe the rich and unusual characters of Venice strolling past. Within your reach are beach bike, rollerblade, surf board and boat rentals.

The Venice Beach House Suites consists of three
separate rentable suites: The Venetian Suite, The
Ocean Breeze Suite, and The Terrace Suite all of which
have been completely upgraded and furnished. Suites
can be rented separately or in combination with each
other accommodating a total of 14 people. The Venetian Suite is a large two bedroom, which can fit 6-8 people, and occupies the entire first floor. The Ocean Breeze Suite is a studio located on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking a vintage street leading to the beach. This suite is perfect for one person or a couple. The Terrace Suite has two bedrooms and is located on the second floor, with a large deck area facing the south. This suite can fit from 4-6 people. Private parking and surfboard storage is provided for all suites.

• Each suite is accessorized with large HD LCD flatscreen tv's w/ both DVR/DVD capabilities, and direct tv, xfm radio, ipod docking stations, wireless/ DSL internet access (w/landline back up), queen beds in all bedrooms (master bedroom in The Venetian Suite has a king size bed), queen size pull out couches in living rooms of The Venetian and  Terrace Suites, an outside area for dining/eating or barbecuing, localized heat, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, access to washer & dryer, and private off street parking provided.
